2. Do I have to be a member of The Smart Couples’ VIP Travel Club to book?
Nope! While our travel club members receive extra perks and priority planning, all couples are welcome to request a quote and book a getaway with us.
3. What’s included in my all-inclusive package?
Your package typically includes accommodations, meals, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), entertainment, and airport transfers. Some packages may also include excursions, spa credits, or romantic amenities.
4. How far in advance should I book?
For the best rates and availability—especially at popular resorts—we recommend booking at least 4 to 6 months in advance. However, last-minute getaways may still be available!
5. Can you work with my budget?
Yes! Whether you’re looking for luxury on a budget or planning a premium VIP experience, we’ll build a package that meets your needs without sacrificing quality or romance.
6. Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely. Most of our packages allow for low deposits and interest-free payment plans. Final payment is usually due 30–60 days before travel.
7. Can I make changes after I book?
Yes, changes can often be made, depending on the resort and supplier policies. We’ll help you navigate any necessary adjustments to your itinerary.
8. Is travel insurance required?
Travel insurance is not required but strongly recommended. It protects your investment in case of unexpected cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other travel disruptions.
